Before receiving the applications of companies and entrepreneurs who want to take part in Famagusta Technology Development Zone, they make a preliminary interview and get information about their projects. In these interviews, the points to be considered in the applications are specified, then the company or the entrepreneur submits the Technopark Application Form to the Teknopark Cyprus management together with the other information requested in the annex.
Finalizing the applications takes a maximum of 1 month from the submission of the forms.
The head office of the company does not have to be in the region. For R&D and Software offices, you should rent an office in Famagusta Technology Development Zone.

It is not possible to make a reservation for office spaces before the application. However, after the completion of the evaluation and acceptance process, a place is allocated to those whose applications have been accepted.
The lease term is 1 year. Rental renewals are made at the beginning of each year.
We have AC/Air Conditioning and Fiber Optic WI-FI Internet service in each office.
Before completing the application process, academicians must have obtained the necessary permissions from the universities they are affiliated with. You can contact us for detailed information.
It is possible to apply without establishing your company.
If the project applications are rejected by the commission despite all kinds of revisions, the application with the same name is not accepted for the second time.
